JemAds is hiring: AI directors and video creators for commercial and cinematic work

JemAds — an international AI-driven production agency — is expanding its creator roster. We’re looking for AI directors, visual creators, motion/CGI artists, and video editors who blend storytelling and brand thinking with modern generative tools. Bonus points for experience building AI avatars, crafting music videos, and producing viral content.

Who we’re looking for

• AI directors who define visual language, work with references, and design prompt strategies.

• Video creators who merge editing, color, and sound thinking to shape compelling rhythm.

• Artists experienced in generative video/image (Sora, Runway, Veo, Kling, MJ, etc.) or compositing/CGI.

• Makers who can create AI avatars, music videos, and viral spots aligned to marketing goals.

What you’ll do

• Produce commercial spots (performance/brand) and short cinematic pieces.

• Develop AI avatars (from style guides to evolving characters), direct/assemble music videos, and engineer viral-ready content with clear reach hypotheses.

• Build visual narratives aligned with client objectives: attention → interest → action.

• Operate end-to-end AI pipelines: from concepts and storyboards to final cut.
