About brand differences

At the heart of any successful brand is, perhaps, almost the most significant factor of its development. We are talking about differentiation - finding excellent and unique properties that the brand conveys to its consumers.

If you do not differentiate yourself from your competitors, you will end up in mediocre companies that do not set a goal to achieve the maximum in their development, and even more so in scaling.
Differentiation is the most important thing in any positioning☝️.

Differentiation is what makes us special and how we differ from others.

Answers the questions: Who are we? What do we do? For whom?

Differentiation methods:
🔹Product (innovations, functionality, characteristics, service life, design, style, compliance with standards, reliability-quality, maintainability, status, category);

🔹Services (service, delivery, installation, training, consultations, repair, speed);

🔹Staff (competence, politeness, reliability, trust, responsiveness, communication skills);

🔹Image (symbols, printed, audio, video materials, atmosphere, events).

If the Brand cannot become No. 1 in its market (by company size or other characteristics), you just need to choose another attribute by which the brand can become a leader (the fastest action, the safest, the cheapest, triple benefit, etc.).
